I have recently decided to spend more attention on the 60 Points Exercise. (Need a good reference, but for now.. a focus exercise on different points in the body.). I have been "around" this exercise for many years, but now notice that, oh hey, it is very useful in my playing and other areas. More focus is available than there was, and I am sometimes better able to sense my position, my fingers, or maybe the mat.
